Ashley Eve Theodore has been immersed in the construction world her entire life. Her passion for building started at a very young age, growing up on a farm, and spending most of her time alongside her father on job sites — Ashley watched her father operate heavy machinery, build roads, talk to customers, and build custom homes from the ground up. Whether running bulldozers or “playing in the dirt,” Ashley soaked up every bit of knowledge she could from her dad and his crews.

As Ashley got older, her passion only grew. Ashley explored her interest in the industry and building by starting a career in real estate, and property management, obtaining her real estate salesperson license in New Hampshire at just 18 years old, Ashley was employed as a property manager for an investor with a large portfolio, and was responsible for overseeing over 200 rental properties. Ashley managed investment properties and led acquisitions for one of the region’s top construction firms and also managed 150+ units at another large property management company. Through those roles, Ashley gained extensive, hands-on experience and knowledge across nearly every aspect of the trade — from framing to finish.

Most recently, Ashley operated a successful roofing and siding company, where she led operations and more than doubled the company’s project volume in just a few years. Now, as the founder of A+ Exteriors, Ashley brings her same strong, motivated drive, honesty, and dedication to every client and project she serves.
